Halivia is a marketplace maintained by Halivia Design Oy, where products are sold by Halivia. Halivia Design Oy reserves the right to change these terms of delivery by unilateral decision without prior notice.

We use the versatile payment methods of Klarna and PayPal, including online bank and card payments, invoice and partial payment.

Delivery methods and delivery costs

At the checkout of the online store, you can choose your preferred delivery method. Posti's transport services are available in Finland. Halivia is responsible for the delay or indirect harm caused by the delay. We try to inform about unusual delivery times in our online store.

The delivery costs included in the order are displayed on the shop's checkout page in connection with the delivery method and in the order summary. The order is delivered using the information provided by the customer. If the product is returned to Halivia Design due to incorrect information, the customer is obliged to pay the resulting costs as well as the costs of reshipment. If the customer does not pick up the package within the postal delivery times and the order is returned to Halivia, the customer is obliged to pay the costs arising from the redemption and the resending costs.

Delivery time
The products are made to order, so the delivery time is 5-14 days, but may vary by product. The delivery times of the products are indicated in the product information. Possible different delivery times are indicated separately on the online store pages. If there is a need for faster delivery, contact customer service!

Please note that delivery abroad can be longer.

Right of return
All products are handmade to order, the dimensions of the products may vary slightly due to the nature of the craft. Please also note that the color tone of the products may vary depending on the display terminal used. The products have a 14-day right of return. Returning time will be counted from the day receiving the order. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us immediately via email info@halivia.com. The customer is responsible for the return costs. The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging. The product to be returned must not contain animal hair. We are not obliged to accept customer returns and replace products that are damaged or used. If the product is returned broken or used, Halivia has the right to withhold compensation for the costs caused by the decrease in value from the customer's return.

The price of the order or returned products will be reimbursed according to the payment method used. Pack the product carefully when returning it. If the return shipment of the product is lost, Halivia is not responsible for compensating for the lost shipment. Remember to keep the receipt from the return until the return shipment has reached us and the customer service has taken over the processing of the return. If the returned product is lost on the way, and there is no receipt, the sender is responsible. With the receipt, you prove that you have handed over the return for transport.

In the case of made-to-order products, the customer loses his right to return, as the product is manufactured according to the customer's size and color wishes.

In case of complaints, contact our customer service. If the product you receive is defective, we will try to repair it or replace it with a new one.
